How far in advance should I begin dress shopping?
In order to ensure you are not rushed in finding your dream dress, we recommend that you begin dress shopping 7-9 months in advance of your wedding date to ensure that there is sufficient time for the designers to perfect the dress, transport it, and that we have time to finalise alterations. This is the ideal, not the absolute.
Depending on the designer you move forward with, there is a 4-6 month lead time for all purchase gowns.
Do I need to make an appointment?
We work by appointment, but walk-ins are welcome if there is availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. Our Fitting Fee is R250 Monday to Saturday, and we offer FREE fittings on Wednesdays. The Fitting Fee is payable in advance (via Payfast link) which we will send to you once you book to confirm your appointment.

How many people can I bring with to my appointment ?
As much as we love the idea of a celebration in our store, we believe that your fitting should be as intimate as possible. We want the focus to stay on you and to ensure that YOU are feeling confident and like yourself in your wedding gown. We have found that sometimes too many opinions end up overwhelming the bride’s decision, and we don’t wish a stressful fitting upon any of our brides. We allow for up to 4 guests for each fitting.
How do your clearance sales work?
Our clearance dresses are available in each of our stores. To avoid disappointment, please check availability at the branch you’ll be visiting. Once you've found your perfect gown, simply pay in full—and take it home the same day.
What if the sample dress doesn't fit?
Unless you're purchasing from our clearance sale, each purchase dress is custom-made to your measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
How do your rentals work?
We offer rentals on select gowns. Please note that rental dresses are provided as is—we're unable to cut or permanently alter them. Any adjustments must be reversible to preserve the gown’s condition.
A security deposit is required at collection and will be fully refunded once the dress is returned in good order. We understand it may gather a little love and dust, but kindly ask that you treat it with care.
Our rentals are for five days—giving you plenty of time to enjoy your gown stress-free. You’ll receive the dress two days before your wedding and return it two days after.
It’s our way of making your celebration smoother, while ensuring every bride gets the gown experience she deserves.
