How do I book a bridal fitting?

Our expert bridal consultants will guide you through a one-on-one consultation in our fitting rooms.
Is there a fee for fittings?
Yes, our standard fitting fee is R250. However, fittings are FREE on Wednesdays, so feel free to treat yourself midweek!
Each bride is welcome to bring up to 4 guests to share in the excitement.
Do you offer custom wedding dresses?
Yes, we do! At The Bridal House, we specialise in creating custom wedding dresses that reflect your unique vision. Bring your ideas and inspiration, and we’ll work closely with you to bring your dream dress to life.
Do you offer rental wedding dresses?
Yes, we do! The Bridal House proudly offers a lovely selection of rental wedding dresses for brides who want elegance with flexibility.
What is the lead time on custom and purchase dresses?
Our lead times are:
- Standard orders: 16–24 weeks
- Rush orders: 12–16 weeks (with a R1500 rush fee)
We recommend starting early to allow for a smooth, magical experience.
Do you offer alteration services?
Absolutely.
- Alterations are scheduled 4–6 weeks before your wedding.
- You’ll have approximately 2 fittings during this process
- We do fittings Monday to Friday only.
